We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from trusted vendors and conduct strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure damage-free delivery.
Shipping Fee:
₹199 will be charged as a shipping fee for all orders below ₹699.
How Does the Delivery Process Work?
- Your order is processed and sent for final inspection and quality check.
- After approval, products are securely packed and handed over to our logistics partner.
- The courier partner delivers the order to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- If delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will contact you to reschedule.
Please note: All products, including free gifts or bundled offers, are shipped to the address provided during checkout along with a valid invoice. While we aim to ship items together, some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments.
How Are the Products Packaged?
- Each product is carefully wrapped in protective bubble wrap.
- Fragile items such as glass bottles receive additional protective layers.
- Products are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes before dispatch.
Jwalamukhi Shilajit takes full responsibility for any damage caused to products during transit.
Where Do We Ship?
We ship to most pin codes across India. You can check serviceability by entering your pin code on the product page or during checkout.
Serviceable pin codes may change based on logistics partner coverage.
Can I Track My Order?
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.
- Registered users can track orders under My Account → Orders.
- Shipments can be tracked online once they leave our warehouse.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement.
- Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on location.
- Unexpected delays may occur due to external or logistical factors.
Note: While we make every effort to deliver orders promptly, Jwalamukhi Shilajit is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.
Delivery Timings & Attempts
- The courier partner may call you before delivery.
- If unavailable, up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹199 shipping charge per order
All shipping and handling charges are clearly displayed at checkout. We do not apply any hidden fees beyond what appears on your invoice.
Delivery Information
- If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery.
- You may contact customer support to reschedule delivery.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned.
